Originally taking images of farms and friends, his skills continued to blossom into the desire to capture life in a unique and high quality way.
From the smallest plant to the wildest sport, Blake has found himself capturing special moments for his clients. “It is not about having a fancy camera or flash, but rather the ability to make you feel like you are in the moment when you look at the final product!”

PHILOSOPHY
Many of us are critical of ourselves, so being photographed is not something we tend to enjoy. This is why it is important to find a photographer who makes you feel right at home, comfortable and relaxed. It is then that true memories are created and those photographs become everlasting moments we want to share with our friends, families, and loved ones.
Blake initially focuses on capturing your moments without taking photos. This means taking that extra minute to let kids be kids and capturing their interactions. So many of us are used to the “Say Cheese” approach to photography. We were taught that this is the “Best Way” to capture a smile. Do you remember your class photos and how they did not allow us to show our personalities?
By using an active approach to our sessions, I am able to capture memories and show off your personality. Just like you, I can spot those canned smiles a mile away. I would rather capture that look, or the smirk, or the raised eyebrow, to show who you are!
